Servomotors - Nature Cooled
Servomotors with natural cooling are intended for the most modern electronically controlled drives with a wide control range, high dynamics, and high precision, applied in the field of mechanization and automation of production. These are three-phase synchronous motors excited by permanent magnets on the rotor and powered by frequency converters. They are equipped with a position feedback sensor (e.g. resolver or encoder).
These motors are produced in two series, namely AM and AF, and their modifications in the form of built-in motors of type AME and AFE.
Servomotors - Fan Cooled
Servo motors with external ventilation of the AML series are made up of AM series motors equipped with external ventilation, thanks to which they achieve up to 1.5x higher continuous torques and powers compared to the AM series with natural cooling. The unique design of the AML series motors offers one of the largest power ranges on the market with the ability to deliver continuous torque from 1.72 to 194Nm.
Depending on the type of application, it is possible to use a standard type of external cooling or to install the fan directly on the shaft.
Servomotors - Water Cooled
AMW and AFW series water-cooled servomotors are composed of AM and AF series motors equipped with a water cooling circuit, thanks to which they achieve up to 2x higher continuous torques and powers compared to AM and AF series with natural cooling. In addition, these motors can be operated in applications with a higher ambient temperature.
The unique design of the AMW and AFW series engines offers one of the largest power ranges on the market with the ability to deliver continuous torque from 21.9 to 277Nm.
